  1.  How do I get a reading?.
  2. Simply click on the profile of the person you would like a reading from.

  3. How do I get credits?.
  4. Choose which payment method you wish to use and then follow the instructions shown.

  5. What’s the difference between a guest account and a members account?.
  6. You can still chat and buy credits as a guest. However, if you want to keep any unused credits so you can use them another time, you will need to register and become a member.

  7. What methods can I use to pay for credits?.
  8. You can pay via SMS, phone or credit card.

  9. How do I know when to choose a card?.
  10. Once you have started a session with a reader they will instruct you when to choose a card.

  11. Who do I contact if I have a problem?.

  13. What happens if I have a problem buying credits?.
